Financing
Payment plans are available, based on qualification. A 5% courtesy discount will be provided for payment in full with cash, check and credit card. Senior Citizens will receive a 10% discount with cash/check at time of service. Payment in full is expected on the day treatment is presented. If you don’t have insurance, we accept cash, checks, and major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also are partners with Care Credit and Chase Health Advance, which allow for convenient monthly payment plans over a time frame to fit your budget.
Insurance
Most dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance, a deductible, and other expenses which are the patient’s responsibility. We will perform a COMPLIMENTARY BENEFITS check to determine your coverage before services are rendered. We accept assignment of benefits from all approved insurance providers, excluding Medicaid. As a courtesy, we will file insurance claims for patients as services are rendered. After dental insurance companies respond to submitted claims or a maximum of 30 days from date of service, all balances are due in full by the responsible party. We are a Delta Dental Premier Provider.
